Conference proceedings

Extended deadline for full paper submission: 11 February 2022

The selection of abstracts is now complete, we thank you all for your 185 contributions.

Accepted contributions are expected to be provided as full paper in the conference proceedings. The proceedings will be published in a special issue of IOP Conference series: Materials Science and Engineering that will be available in open access online at the time of the conference. Detailed instructions for manuscript preparation and submission will be provided here. Note that only full-paper submissions will be published in the proceedings, not contributions that are abstract only.

To submit, your document must respect the following instructions :
Maximum number of pages for proceeding articles is :
• 6 pages for "regular" and "poster" presentations
• 8 pages for "keynote" and "invited" présentations
• The document must be in A4 page size.
• It must use the Layout guide

To submit a paper, simply follow the same procedure as for your abstract:

2. Submit your paper: Proceedings submission

 

Abstract submission

Extended abstract submission deadline: 12 November 2021

To submit an abstract you must first create an account. Then you can login and submit your abstract.

Abstracts for oral and poster contributions should be within the limit of 300 words and should be submitted via the abstract submission page by 12 November 2021. Abstracts must be uploaded in DOCX or PDF format and must use the ICASP-6 abstract template.

To submit, your document must respect the following instructions:

  • It must use the ICASP-6 abstract template.
  • The abstract text body must not exceed 300 words.
  • The document must be in A4 page size. 
  • It must be made up of a single page.
  • The document must be in DOCX or PDF format.
