In Alsace, gastronomy is an integral part of culture, nourished by traditions that are enthusiastically renewed by
great and talented chefs and a plethora of restaurateurs. In 2021, the region boasts 33 establishments starring in the Michelin Guide, including 7 in Strasbourg which makes it one of the most starstudded regions in France As for wine, the famous Route des Vins (Wine Route) is an opportunity to taste the region’s 7 varieties: Pinot Blanc, Noir and Gris, Sylvaner, Riesling, Muscat and Gewurztraminer.
