The registration platform for the ICASP-6 conference is open.

Participant & accompanying person

Early bird rates are valid until April 29, 2022.
Regular fees will be applied from April 30, 2022.

For the participants, the registration fees include :

The conference registration fees include:
• Full access to the conference (scientific session, scientific and industrial exhibition)
• Book of Abstracts and goodies
• Accommodation* on site for the whole conference (4 nights, from Monday 20 June to Friday 24 June 2022, single room for regular fee and shared twin room for PhD student fee), including breakfast.
• All meals from Monday Evening (dinner) until Friday afternoon (lunch), including gala dinner
• Social animations on June 22 (city tour of Obernai + dinner at the restaurant La Halle aux Blés)

For the accompanying person, the registration fees include:

• Accommodation* on site for the whole conference (4 nights, from Monday 20 June to Friday 24 June 2022), including breakfast.
• All meals from Monday Evening (dinner) until Friday noon (lunch), including gala dinner
• Social animations on June 22 (city tour of Obernai + dinner at the restaurant La Halle aux Blés)
• Congress pack (bag and goodies)

Accommodation
Please note that accommodation for 4 nights (from Monday June 20 to Friday June 24) is included in the registration fees for the delegates and accompanying fees.
Single room (for 1 person) will be provided for participant who choose the regular registration fees.
Double room (for 2 people, common bed) will be provided for participant who registers an accompanying person
Twin room (for 2 people with 2 separate beds) will be provided for participant who choose the student registration fees.
In that case, you will be invited to specify the name of the person you want to share your room with.

You will have the possibility to book extra nights (before June 20, or after 24). We invite you to tick "yes" at this question when registering. The conference secretariat will contact you to arrange the extra nights booking. Please note that extra nights will be paid directly to the conference hotel at check in.

*Accommodation information.
Due to the limited number of rooms, it is possible that above a certain volume of participants, some of them will be accommodated in one of the two recommended hotels, close to the conference place. In all cases, a shuttle service will be provided to make it easier for you to get to the conference.
